Terms and Conditions:

Exclusive Engagement: The contractual relationship entered into with M Innovations is exclusive to the client and M Innovations only. No third party, be it an entity or an individual, shall have any standing or involvement in the project, and any attempt to engage third parties without prior written consent shall be deemed a breach of contract.
Payment and Project Commencement: The initiation of any project is expressly conditional upon the client's fulfillment of the agreed-upon payment terms. Payments must be received in full before the commencement of any project, and any delay or default in payment may result in project delays or termination at the discretion of M Innovations.
No Refund Policy: The client acknowledges and agrees that, once a project has commenced for the specified tenure, no refunds will be issued. Payments made for services are non-refundable, as they are allocated for project initiation, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Any request for a refund must be made in writing before the project initiation, and such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for services rendered by M Innovations are non-refundable once a project has commenced for the agreed-upon tenure. The client accepts and acknowledges this policy as a condition of engagement.
